Thanks for the report. This has already been fixed in changeset db626fe01911. The fix will be included in Eigen 3.0.3 which we plan to release next week.

If you want it fixed faster in Gentoo, then replace "\(min)" by "\min" in Eigen/src/Core/Fuzzy.h line 97 (as you already said).
